Shipping policy
By placing an order with us you agree to all of the terms below.
We strive to ship every order within 2-3 business days, any orders placed by 11 AM that business day will be sent to our warehouse, and we will do our best to get them shipped ASAP! Anything placed after that will be processed the next business day. Once your order receives a tracking number please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.
Delivery takes 4–7 business days inside the States when selecting the flat rate $9.99/Free Shipping method (USPS). Ship times DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
FedEx/UPS Two-day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends.
Express orders placed on Friday before 10 AM MST will be processed, however the express shipping will not deliver on weekends, for example if your order is placed for overnight shipping the order would arrive Monday, NOT Saturday.
Express shipping orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day/Overnight is selected, it will not be processed until the next business day.
For international orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees! Your local mail/post carrier will be responsible for the delivery of your package, you can contact them with any questions you may have or USPS.
ADICA is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. ADICA is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS/UPS/FedEx.
**Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. If requesting a refund, the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.**
We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you have a warranty issue, please contact our team.
