Refund policy

We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are confident in the quality of our product. To return any product, or if your product is damaged, we ask that you send us an email with the photo of the damaged item and reason for return. We are committed to our product and will do everything in our power to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Upon receiving the return we refund the amount of the product, minus shipping and handling. If you received free domestic shipping when you initially ordered and you return a product for reasons other than a manufacturer's defect, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

WARRANTY POLICY

ADICA products are warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a one year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. For our one year manufacturer's warranty we ask that the shipping cost for the item(s) weight/dimension(s) be covered. If you are an international customer we will quote the shipping cost the same way and let you choose between USPS first class or USPS priority. 

ADICA makes no other warranties or guarantees. ADICA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your ADICA product contains a defect, you may send images of the product to customer service for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. 

Damaged products covered by warranty will be replaced with the same item or  with an item of comparable size and style, at our sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by ADICA’S warranty policy will be given a discount code to place a new order. Any purchase from an unauthorized vendor voids the warranty.
